Balanced Meal Plans & Nutrition Consulting was created by Erin Madden because she understands how difficult it can be to implement change in your life. Regardless of how motivated you are or how desperate you are to change, we don’t know where to start, and life can often get in the way. We’re often told “eat your veggies, avoid processed foods, and you should be fine,” but what does that even really mean? And what does that look like in real life when it’s combined with busy schedules, lack of confidence in the kitchen, lack of ideas for what to make, and when changing our habits is just too damn hard?
Small, gradual changes = Long-lasting impact
Erin believes that the key to success is to ditch the diet mentality, and to make small, gradual changes in your daily routine, which result in forming new habits. These small changes are far less overwhelming than an intensive diet, and before you know it, you’ve developed healthy eating habits that you actually enjoy! Erin also knows that everybody, every routine, and every lifestyle is different, and healthy eating will look different to each and every person. No matter what your goals are, whether it be to improve your relationship with food, learn how to eat well with a busy schedule, manage your diabetes, or help alleviate irritable bowel syndrome symptoms, she will work with you one-on-one to help you achieve them.
Erin Madden graduated from Mount Saint Vincent University with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in 2014.
