She believes everybody has the inner potential of achieving amazing outer body results through a simple, consistent and specific dieting plan that can be practiced with ease by busy professionals, entrepreneurs, students and those who are real about achieving their slim, attractive dream body.

The coach, Erin Madden.
Erin Madden graduated from Mount Saint Vincent University with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Human Nutrition. As a nutritional consultant, Erin provides evidence-based nutrition counseling through an individualized coaching approach centered around client needs and goals.
She is an expert communicator and nutrition coach that’s taking the time to properly and efficiently analyze the exact fitness and diet situation of every customer in order to ensure the success in losing that fat and achieving a body that everybody will rave about. This can only be done by using a step-by-step system that Erin will teach you and work side-by-side with you to choose the best and fastest strategy that’s going to help you reach your body goals with the highest success rate in the shortest period of time.
